33 But when they[a] came to Jesus, after they saw he was already dead, they did not break his legs. 34 But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and blood and water came out immediately. 35 And the one who has seen it[b] has testified, and his testimony is true, and that person knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also may believe.
